how i lost weight



1. Walked 10 blocks almost every day which is what I do. From the house to the gate, from the gate to the house. Plus from my office to Megamall where I ride an FX back home.

2. Ate less than 1 cup of rice per meal.

3. Skipped breakfast sometimes but drank milk every other day to still get nutrients somehow.

4. Worked my ass off.

5. Drank lots of water.

Disclaimer: I'm not promoting these as "steps" to lose weight, they're rather an explanation for how I did. I did not even intend to lose weight so it just came as a pleasant surprise. Now, I just want to continue what I was already doing in order to lose one or two pounds more.

You'll gain weight again if you keep on eating pizza for dinner. Lol :p
